If you have a Wolturnus product, you want to complain about, please fill in the form below.

To allow the best possible judgement of the damaged items, please forward pictures for documentation purposes.

Sometimes, Wolturnus receives product complaints, which cannot be validated as complaints, e.g. due to incorrect usage.

If Wolturnus receives products for a complaint check and the damage of the product cannot be traced back to a mistake Wolturnus is responsible for, you will be charged for the shipment as well as the invested time and work effort (70,00 € for every hour of work).
